2-3 Cups Bite Size Red Potatoes
1/3 Cup Peeled Shallots or Cocktail Onions
1 1/2 Tsp Fresh Minced or Crushed Rosemary
2 Tbs Olive Oil
2-3 Cloves Minced or Crushed Garlic
Spike or Salt and Pepper to taste
- Pre-heat oven to 400
- Combine above ingredients in a mixing bowl until potatoes and onions are well coated.
- Place in a baking pan and in the oven for 25 minutes or until crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
