Rosemary Red Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 2-3 Cups Bite Size Red Potatoes

  • 1/3 Cup Peeled Shallots or Cocktail Onions

  • 1 1/2 Tsp Fresh Minced or Crushed Rosemary

  • 2 Tbs Olive Oil

  • 2-3 Cloves Minced or Crushed Garlic

  • Spike or Salt and Pepper to taste

Directions

  •  Pre-heat oven to 400
  • Combine above ingredients in a mixing bowl until potatoes and onions are well coated.
  • Place in a baking pan and in the oven for 25 minutes or until crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
