Peanut Butter Coco-nutty Power bites

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 10-12 medium pitted dates – chopped
  • 1/4 cup almonds
  • 1/4 cup cashews
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 Tablespoon Agave (optional)
  • 1/4 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup almond butter
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut

Beans/Legumes + Oil + Acid + Herbs and Spices

Beans/Legumes examples

  • Chickpeas
  • Black beans
  • Borlotti beans
  • Butter beans
  • Cannellini beans
  • Edamame
  • Lentils

Oil

Examples:

  • Plant-Based Unsweetened yogurt
  • Nut butter
  • Sunflower seed butter
  • Tahini

Acidity

Examples:

  • Citrus ( lemon, lime, grapefruit or orange) juice
  • Citrus ( lemon, lime, or orange) zest
  • Apple Cider Vinegar

Fresh or Dried Herbs & Spices
