1/2 TBS Veganaise or Vegan Sour Cream (Optional)
3 Cloves Crushed Garlic
The Juice of 1 Lime
A Few Sprigs of Minced Fresh Cilantro
1 Tsp Olive Oil
A Dash of Spike
Salt and Pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients in a food processor or mash together with a spoon.
Serve with Chips, Tortilla chips, Nachos, Quesadillas, Corn Bread or a spoon.
*Tip – If you like a little bite to your guacamole, add a bit of hot sauce or salsa to it.
