  1. 4 Avocados
  2. 1/2 TBS Veganaise or Vegan Sour Cream (Optional)
  3. 3 Cloves Crushed Garlic
  4. The Juice of 1 Lime
  5. A Few Sprigs of Minced Fresh Cilantro
  6. 1 Tsp Olive Oil
  7. A Dash of Spike
  8. Salt and Pepper to taste
  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor or mash together with a spoon.
  2. Serve with Chips, Tortilla chips, Nachos, Quesadillas, Corn Bread or a spoon.
  3. So good!
  4. *Tip - If you like a little bite to your guacamole, add a bit of hot sauce or salsa to it.
