- 4 Avocados
- 1/2 TBS Veganaise or Vegan Sour Cream (Optional)
- 3 Cloves Crushed Garlic
- The Juice of 1 Lime
- A Few Sprigs of Minced Fresh Cilantro
- 1 Tsp Olive Oil
- A Dash of Spike
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor or mash together with a spoon.
- Serve with Chips, Tortilla chips, Nachos, Quesadillas, Corn Bread or a spoon.
- So good!
- *Tip - If you like a little bite to your guacamole, add a bit of hot sauce or salsa to it.
