Ingredients
- 2 Cups Diced Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 Diced Mango (Optional)
- 2-3 Cloves Crushed Garlic
- 1/4 Cup Minced Red Onion
- 1/4 Minced Hot Pepper (the hotter you like it the more you add)
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Fresh Cilantro
- The Juice of 2 Limes
Instructions
- Combine above ingredients in a bowl and let sit at least an hour before serving.
