Ingredients
  1. 1 3/4 - 2 cups crushed blackberries
  2. 4 cups sugar
  3. 1 pouch Certo Liquid Fruit Pectin
  4. 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Instructions
  1. Combine blackberries and sugar well. Let stand 10 minutes.
  2. Stir in 1 pouch Certo Liquid Fruit Pectin and 2 Tbsp. lemon juice, stirring for 3 minutes.
  3. Pour into clean jars and cover.
  4. Let sit at room temperature for 24 hours.
  5. If used within 3 weeks jam may be stored in refrigerator.
  6. Otherwise it's best to keep in the freezer.
Notes
  1. For seedless Jam, simply mash the blackberries through a sieve before measuring the quantity.
