Ingredients

  • 1 banana

  • 1 cup frozen mango pieces

  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger

  • 1 tsp ground or grated turmeric

  • 2 clementines or mandarin oranges, peeled, halved and seeded

  • 1 cup plant milk of your choice (add slowly until desired consistency is reached).2

  • 1 scoop protein powder *optional

  • 1 tsp chia seeds

Directions

  • Blend all ingredients together, serve and enjoy!
