Vegan Vanilla Coconut Ice Cream

- 3 1/2 Cups (2 cans) Coconut milk
- 2/3 Cups Agave Syrup
- 1 teaspoon of Vanilla extract or pulp of vanilla pod
- For those of you who don't have an ice cream maker, simply blend all the ingredients together and freeze in a freezer safe container!
- For those of you who do, follow the directions according to the manufacturer's instructions.
