I don’t always keep my cooking simple but I get a lot of requests for easy recipes from people who don’t have a lot of time to cook, or aren’t big fans of doing it, but are trying to get into the habit of cooking more. It was blazing hot out when I made this so I actually popped it into the barbecue after we pulled the tofu-skewers and grilled caesar salad (recipes to come soon) off the grill.
That way we didn’t heat up the house AND we could keep an eye on dessert while we were outside entertaining our dinner guests. I hope you enjoy it as much as we all did!
