My grandmother shrieked asked the same question.
“I don’t eat meat Grandma, I’m a vegetarian.”
“Who doesn’t eat meat?”
“Me”
“Who doesn’t?”
“I don’t, Grandma”
“WHO???”
“Sigh”
As though she were asking herself and nobody was answering.
I’ve made it my mission to create the best vegetarian Italian meal in the whole wide world, just to make a point.
I started with a vegan lasagna. I’m not sure I’ve got it dialed yet but I’m pretty close so HERE it is.
No more scraping the ground beef off the noodles while your auntie shakes a wooden spatula in your face.
