Okay, so it looks a little lumpy but its because I was impatient and in a hurry to get out for a run… to justify my plan to eat the whole bowl by myself.
I found this recipe in a cooking magazine, the name of which escapes me but I’ll update this post with the name when I get home.

I found it was a bit too sweet with just one avocado, so I added a half and it was perfect!
*UPDATE*
I ate more of it when I got home and upon reflection, decided it was still a bit too sweet so I suggest you add the sugar bit by bit until it suits your personal taste.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 Avocado
1/4 cup icing sugar
1/4 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup warm water
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Method:
Wisk cocoa powder into warm water.
Add mixture to remaining ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth
Share with no one.
