  2. 1/3 Diced Red Onion
  3. 1 Diced Red pepper
  4. 1 Diced Yellow Pepper
  5. 1 Sliced Carrot
  6. 1 Stalk Celery (Chopped)
  7. 1 Cup Corn
  8. 1/3 Cup Chopped Fresh Cilantro
  9. Juice of 1 Lime
  10. 1 Minced jalapeño (Optional)
  11. 1/4 Cup Mexican Vinaigrette
