Blue Cheeze Dressing

  • 1 cup soft or silken tofu

  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast

  • 1 1/2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

  • 1 tablespoon white miso paste

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1 tablespoon white miso paste

  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon dried dill

  • 1/4 cup medium or firm tofu , crumbled (optional for texture)

  • A teeny tiny bit of spirulina for colour (optional)


  • Combine all ingredients except firm tofu and dill a blender and combine until smooth.
  • Add the dill and crumbled tofu and give a quick stir.
  • dust a tiny bit of spirulina on top and twist the tips of a fork in the top to spread the colour.
