Ingredients
1 cup soft or silken tofu
2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
1 1/2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon white miso paste
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon white miso paste
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon dried dill
1/4 cup medium or firm tofu , crumbled (optional for texture)
A teeny tiny bit of spirulina for colour (optional)
Directions
- Combine all ingredients except firm tofu and dill a blender and combine until smooth.
- Add the dill and crumbled tofu and give a quick stir.
- dust a tiny bit of spirulina on top and twist the tips of a fork in the top to spread the colour.
