Ingredients
  1. 50-80g of dried green Wakame seaweed
  2. 2 teaspoons grated ginger
  3. 2 scallions, thinly sliced
  4. 1 tablespoon roasted sesame oil
  5. 1 tbsp miso
  6. 1 tbsp soy sauce
  7. 1 tbsp mirin
  8. 1 tbs rice vinegar
  9. 1 tbsp white roasted sesame seeds
Optional ingredients
  1. 1 tsp sweet chilli sauce
  2. Juice of 1/2 lime
  3. 1 red chilli, finely sliced
  4. 1 small carrot, peeled and sliced paper-thin
  5. 4 red radishes, thinly sliced
  6. 2 ounces daikon radish, peeled and thinly sliced
  7. 1 thinly sliced, small seedless cucumber
Instructions
  1. Soak seaweed in warm water to cover, 5 minutes. Drain, rinse then squeeze out excess water.
  2. Combine with remaining ingredients.
  3. Toss well, serve and enjoy!
Notes
  1. This salad varies quite a bit depending on how much of each ingredient you add.
  2. Feel free to experiment and find the perfect combination for your tastes.
