This is my first official autumn recipe of the year. It's my favourite cooking season, and this is one of the easiest things to make. It goes lovely by itself, as a dessert, with savoury dishes or as a topping on pancakes or oatmeal.

Peach Cobbler
We bought the most delicious peaches at the Atwater Market the other day, so when I was thinking of what tasty labour day recipe to post, it came pretty easy.
-
Maple Sugared Nuts
These make a tasty topping for a banana split, fruit salad, porridge, overnight oats or pancakes, and makes a nice addition to a fruit crumble topping.
-
Flamingo Fennel Rhubarb Slush
I found the original cocktail a bit sweet and strong when I tried it, so I adapted it for a slightly lighter more refreshing summer afternoon cocktail.

Raspberry Apricot Vegan Overnight Oats
I don't know what I was afraid of, but I was ready not to like this stuff one single bit. I'm so glad I bit the bullet and gave it a try because I love it so much, I can't stop making it! This is my new go-to breakfast.
